*KIDS!…. Parents who bring kids to watch the WOD. Please have a talk with them and reinforce that they need to stay on the bench or the picnic table out back. I cannot have them walking on the main floor at any time. Thank you for understanding… I wouldn’t want any child to get hit by a barbell or a swinging object. 

Saturday, May 7th:
First Team Beach WOD!- Meeting our CrossFit Rebel family at the beach for a WOD.
8:00am: There will be no open gym
9:00am: Meet at Clearwater beach by Frenchy’s!

Saturday, May 14th:
8:00AM: Open Gym
9:00AM: Team WOD- BRING A FRIEND (a non Crossfitter who you think would like to try us out)
*Put their name next to yours on the schedule, so we can plan accordingly.

Friday, May 27th:

BBQ @7pm, after the last class of the day! Come hang out and meet new people from other classes. Invite friends, family, kids.
Bring your own meat and a side (potluck style)
We will have the boys on the grills
Fun games Cornhole etc.
Sign up will be at the gym

Monday, May 30th: 

Class Times will be announced soon. There will be scaling options available for everyone, both team & individual. Please vote for which class you would like on the whiteboard at the gym.
