Saturday, September 24th: We have several teams competing in the TNL Fitness Challenge this weekend. Join in on the fun and form a team, or come out and support the CrossFit Droogs Community. Classes will still be OPEN at 8 & 9 am, get you WOD in and then come cheer everyone on.

Saturday, October 1st: CrossFit Droogs 6th Month Anniversary of being open!!!
Saturday, October 8th: To Celebrate our 6 month anniversary, we will be hosting a FUN In-house competition. We want to get EVERYONE INVOLVED! Sign ups & standards are on the white board. It will be a fun day, tell friends and family to come watch and cheer you on. It will be a great experience for those who are just starting out and those who have been in the game for awhile. If you have any questions, just ask!

*KIDS!!! Those of you who bring your kids to watch the WOD while you work-out. Please reinforce the rules with them. They need to sit on either the black bench or the picnic table out back. I can’t have any kids on the main floor at ANY time. I would hate for a barbell or any flying object to hit them. Thanks for understanding.
