* Last time we had one scheduled you guys got lucky, due to hurricane coming through the area. This is long over due… I know (most) of you hate to run… I get it… but you’ll never get better at it, if you always skip the running days. This will not just help you at running, it will help you in your day to day workouts as well. Positive mental self talk vs the negative talk in you head constantly.
Think positive to yourself… “OK! I’m going to do this… I’m going to set a goal for myself.” Maybe your goal is to run the whole thing without stopping. Or… your goal is just to complete it. Maybe your going to say “ok Im going to keep up with (insert name here) and only let them get this far ahead of me.” It will be different for everyone.
Or… you can have the negative self talk… and say “this sucks” “ugh!- I hate this!” “OMG this hurts now!”
*I guarantee if you think positive thoughts going into this and during, your going to have a much more pleasant time & actually leave with a smile on your face knowing you conquered something. 🙂

***LOST & FOUND CUBBY IS WAY TOO FULL!!! There’s a bunch of good stuff in here… Please grab your stuff or it will get thrown out. A lot of this has been here for quite awhile now. Please bring your stuff home so each class has a spot to put their bags etc. Thanks for understanding!
