HPC + PJ 135/95
Example: Your first set you will complete 10 unbroken HPC + 10 unbroken PJ before putting the barbell down. You may rest as needed between each set. Your second set you will complete 9 of each movement unbroken etc…
*If you end up failing, it will be considered a scaled WOD. Choose a load that is challenging, yet something you feel like you would be able to complete each set.
