* You will have about 15 min to complete a 1rm of each of the following movements. You will only get 2 attempts, so choose your warm-up sets wisely.

Bring a Friend Team WOD @9am
This is your chance to invite those friends or family members that are wondering what you’ve been up to and want to learn what CrossFit is all about. This is a free chance for them to come do a scaled WOD with you!!!
Saturday, December 21st:
*Work on those skills that you have been struggling with. This will have limited spots for more 1:1 training.
