*Work on those skills that you have been struggling with. This will have limited spots for more 1:1 training.
Saturday, February 4th: CrossFit Style Triathlon. Starts @ 9am. This will take place of the regular scheduled 9am team WOD. Sign up at the gym, make sure you sign up as a team or individual. Must bring your own bike.
Saturday, February 11th: Battle of the SEXES!!! Sign up at the Gym. Great event to find out which gender rules this box for the year!

Bring a Friend Team WOD @9am
This is your chance to invite those friends or family members that are wondering what you’ve been up to and want to learn what CrossFit is all about. This is a free chance for them to come do a scaled WOD with you!!!
***PLEASE HELP US KEEP THE BOX LOOKIN’ CLEAN 🙂 We take pride in having a “clean box.” I know y’all are tired after your WOD but please make sure you wipe up your chalk marks, equipment, bodily fluids etc… Your coaches & other athletes will love you for this!
