On Nov. 5 at 1:34 p.m., a terrorist named Major Nidal Hasan attacked fellow soldiers and civilians at Fort Hood, Texas. When the shooting ended, he had killed 12 soldiers and one civilian and wounded 43 others.

Spc. Frederick Greene, 29, of Mountain City, Tennessee, Pfc. Aaron Thomas Nemelka, 19, of West Jordan, Utah, Pfc. Michael Pearson, 22, of Bolingbrook, Illinois, and Spc. Kham Xiong, 23, of St. Paul, Minnesota, along with eleven of the wounded were active CrossFitters in the 20th Engineer Battalion, home to Lumberjack CrossFit.

We couldnt have made it without all of YOU!!! Let’s celebrate 1 year @ CF Droogs. Just a casual fun Beach BBQ get together. Games… Spike ball, Cornhole (and any other fun games y’all have that you would like to bring) & a cook-out. Bring whatever meat you would like and a side dish to pass. Bring towels and beach chairs etc.
This past year flew by, can’t wait to see what’s in store for this coming year!

 This Thursday, 17.4 will be announced. Those of you who signed up for the open be sure you are signed up once again to be judged, please have this done in the beginning of the week so we don’t have last minute judging arrangements. ALSO… the time you sign up for is the time you START! Make sure you are on time & warmed up ahead of time.
