*Rest 5 minutes after any run 800m or longer.
*Rest 2 minutes after any run shorter than 800m.
*Must scale if mile time is over 10 min.


Saturday, May 13th: 9am Bring a Friend-TEAM WOD @ the Dunedin Causeway!!! Bring your jump rope (if you have one, there will be some there if you don’t!) and also a towel. Meet to the left, before going over the big bridge.

Monday, May 29th: Memorial Day MURPH… We will start to run heats ( if needed) starting at 9am! Sign up is on the cork board at the gym. Please let us know if you will be joining us. There will be tons of scaling options, this can be done as an individual or a team. We will be closed the remainder of the day!
