In bigger classes you will split up into 2 groups… Those who are starting on baseline will have a longer rest time. You will have 10 min to rest between workouts starting after the 14 min workout is completed. Both should be an ALL OUT EFFORT! Please be sure you text in to be on the schedule or to make any changes. This will help us plan for the classes accordingly.
