Situps
*after each set, 1x Wall Walk
Wall Walk: Start flat on floor, push up, walk hands back and feet up the wall, Must stay in nice Hollow body position, belly touches wall, Walk back to starting position. (no sliding feet down)
METCON:
3 RFT:
100m Walking Lunge
10 Bar Muscle-ups (no bands)
*Scaling… No bar muscle ups? 10x C2B pullups+10x Dips
*If you have some bar muscle ups, but not quite that many scale 7-5 per round
