*Open Gym or Daily WOD Option… if you’d like to do open gym and you are not sure what to do… ask a coach, use this time wisely.
*After the last two days you may feel a little beat up from those hero WODS… 🙂

SKILL/SWOD:
Part One:
1x Strict pullup
1x kipping pullup
1x t2b
then 2 of each…3 of each etc.
*go until failure without dropping off the bar
*scaling options for those who don’t have these movements indep.
Part two:
1rm OHS

Part three:
5×5 Strict Press @65-70%
