If you were here mon-wed and are feeling a bit on the sore side then you should do this….
*Spend your time wisely in open gym and mobilize 🙂 your body needs it! After this week you should be sore from head to toe, do your body good and give it some TLC… see board for mobility exercises
*Work on your Skill Sheet
If you were not here mon-wed you should do this…

*Do NOT drop the plates on the ground please. If you need to rest gently set the plate down 🙂
