 Team Series- Event 2 (Part One)
7 min AMRAP:
20x Sq CL 135/95
20x Sq CL 185/125
20x Sq CL 225/155
*Can do as a team of 2- Must complete the sq portion at the same time.
*Can do as individual if needed
*The first load should be easy. The second load should be harder, but you should be able to complete the 20 reps in 2-3 minutes. The final load should be heavy for you but doable.
