*Must Increase weight each round to be RX
Example: 105/115/135/155=510
*Must be unbroken through out (can’t set the barbell down within the set)
*You will have 45 min to complete your 4 rounds

SATURDAY, DEC. 15TH @ 6PM: 
 CF DROOGS HOLIDAY PARTY @ the BOX! This will be potluck style (sign up at the gym) we will have a corn hole tournament + other games etc. (sign you and your partner up at the gym) This will be family friendly, bring your kids/significant others etc. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you-Hope to see you all there!
