IN-HOUSE OPEN: We are about to be in “draft” mode to form our 4 teams! Your captains are Liver (Team-tye dye), Ginger (team blue), PJ (team “safety-orange”) & Smitty (Team-Red). You will be drafted into teams and accumulate points towards your team. You will be able to do RX & Scaled and be in your selected age groups. By week 5 we would like to form a time where everyone could be at the gym at the same time wearing their colors and have a BBQ post 19.5! If you signed up for this and missed 19.1, please make this workout up asap when you come to train next!
