***The workout is really done with 50/35 DB’s. Due to bigger class sizes and not enough DB pairs for everyone, we will ALL do the WOD this version. Those who are signed up for the open, will do the WOD as written.

Mal & Chris will be out of town all next week. Coach PJ & Coach Ginger will be in charge. If you have any questions etc. please ask them! Don’t even try to get away with anything….. I will return and find out! 🙂
