MACRO CHALLENGE
*Sign up, Sheets & money are due by friday. This is just to give you enough time to get prepared for the challenge.
*You can find the Rules & sheet that needs to be turned in printed out at the gym.
* Meeting will be this Saturday after the WOD (figured this would be best for most people instead of Sunday) If you have done the challenge before and know how to log etc. You do not have to come to the meeting, you can just grab the rules sheet and ask any questions you may have before the challenge launch date on Feb 17th!
