1-RM Power Clean
***CORONAVIRUS: We understand many of you may be concerned about the virus. We are definitely taking these concerns seriously but we will remain open unless forced to shut down. We will do our part in making sure the gym stays clean. We ask you all to do your part in washing hands/using hand sanitizer regularly, wipe down the equipment you are going to use before/after each use. And most importantly if you feel sick at all or have been in contact with someone who has been and think you have a chance of being sick, please just stay home until you feel better. We exercise and move to stay healthy and we want to create that space for you to be able to relieve some stress from the outside world. Thanks for understanding and helping us as a small business stay open. This community of ours truly is the best!
*4 yr Anniv. sign up is at the gym. Please sign up ASAP. If you want to volunteer and or want a shirt then just write that on the board also. We will be having a BBQ to follow so come on out and help us Celebrate!
