CLEANS- find any ball at home for Medball Cleans
OHS- your Broom
Deadlift- Any Odd Object at home you can find

As some of you may have more time on your hands, please still utilize the schedule text line to let us know when you plan to come train. Things will probably be a bit crazy for awhile, we just want to be prepared for everything in the meantime.
We understand many of you may be concerned about the virus. We are definitely taking these concerns seriously but we will remain open unless forced to shut down. We will do our part in making sure the gym stays clean. We ask you all to do your part in washing hands/using hand sanitizer regularly, wipe down the equipment you are going to use before/after each use. We have mop buckets out and we will be wiping down everyone’s spot after each class. Most importantly if you feel sick at all or have been in contact with someone who has been and think you have a chance of being sick, please just stay home until you feel better. We exercise and move to stay healthy and we want to create that space for you to be able to relieve some stress from the outside world. IF worse case scenario happens where we are forced to close doors we will still be doing online at home workouts. We will make equipment available for you to “sign out” to use at home as this takes place. If you have KB/DB, jump rope, Abmat etc or have the means to get one in case something happens we ask you to do so just to be prepared. Thanks for understanding and helping us as a small business stay open. This place and ALL of you are a huge part of our life. This community of ours truly is the best thanks to all of you. We encourage you to let us know and give advice to ensure all of you are taken care of and if you have any ideas to help us out during this time please let us know.
