Pushup Challenge Day 13….26x Pushups by the end of this if it lasts 50 days… the total number of pushups completed will have been 1,640! 🙂 Pushup better not suck come Murph! Make sure they’re FULL range of motion… Chest to the ground (yes it has to touch) and full extension at the top! Even if you’re scaling them work full range! We’ve got this 🙂

METCON:

Buy In:
10x 100m Sprints (5x each alternating)
then….
100x Kettlebell swings 55/35
100x Box Step ups (or bench etc)
100x Situps
100x KB Squat Cleans or Medball Cleans
100x DB Push Press 55/35
100x Jump Lunges or step Lunges
Buy Out:
10x 100m Sprints (5x each altnerating)
