Pick a weight you can go directly into the next movement with no rest then rest as needed between rounds

15x Split Squat -left
15x Split Squat – Right
ME Goblet Squats

3 Sets:
directly after each other, rest as needed after the full set
5x Hip Bridge Walk Outs 3 steps out and Back
10x Hip Bridge Pulses with 3 sec squeeze at the top
