Pushup Challenge Day 38- 76x Pushups 

METCON: 

Bear Complex– if you have a barbell
5 Rds: 
1 Rd= 7 sets: 
1x PC
1x FS
1xPP
1x BS
1x BTN PP 
*you go through 7 sets of the movements before putting the barbell down
*rest as needed between each set, if you don’t have weights to climb up then use less rest time between.

DB/KB Complex
If you only have DB/KB
1xDL
1xHPC
1xFS
1x PJ
1x Thruster
*If you have a pair of dumbbells use both, if you have a single DB/KB work the right side then left side.

Saturday Night Trivia on Zoom JenRon will be hosting this week…. My guess is there will be some Disney trivia so brush up on that category 🙂 See y’all at 7pm!
