10 meter Bear Crawl
10 Burpees

40 Sit-Ups
10 Burpees
50 Air Squats

*** If you have a vest, wear it, change the burpees to pushups and the bear crawl to 100m Run ***

UPDATES/EVENTS:

TODAY… we will get news as to WHEN we can open (hoping Monday) IF this is the case, please help us out by returning equipment sat/sun (will announce specific times TBD) ALL equip. will be wiped down before entering the gym. As you guys all know literally ALL of our equipment was lent out during this time, so we will need everyone’s help moving forward so we can get our new protocols in place come Monday for classes. We are certain we can keep everyone safe moving forward. We feel you are safer at the gym than any grocery store etc you go to. Having the chance to train with friends is so important to our health mentally and physically! We can’t wait to see you all, we can’t wait for you to see the gym, and we can’t wait to get back to a “new normal!” Say a prayer for us in hopes to be back in business!!!

Everyone that has given feedback about changing the evening hours to 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 was all positive and so moving forward we will be giving this a GO! We didn’t get any response as to anyone not wanting this. So if you didn’t read the blogs lately… sorry- your fault 😛

We will be setting a new date to celebrate our 4 year anniversary + BBQ once this is all over with. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all! We have fun things planned ahead!
