*Please make sure you arrive to class on time. We understand sometimes coming to/from work you may get held up but please try to do your best to be ready at the top of the hour. The top of the hour is when the warmup STARTS. If you come early, that is your time to mobilize on your own. We try our best to get everyone started at the same time and run the classes smoothly and on time. It makes things difficult when you have to go over the workout several times. Thank you for understanding! 

* Make sure you guys are on the schedule for the class you plan to train in for the week. If you have any changes or are on the schedule twice confirm on the gym text line which class you will be attending. Thank you! 

* As always please make sure you wipe down all your equipment etc. before you leave class or after you finish with a piece of equipment. You guys have been doing awesome at this and we can’t thank you enough for doing your part in helping the gym be a safe place for everyone.
