*Bring A Friend Saturday: Saturday, October 19th @9am. This is only for friends/family that you think may be interested in giving us a try and has never tried CrossFit before. You will need to make sure you are both on the schedule so we can plan the class accordingly. If your friend/family member ends up joining, you will receive 50% your next months dues.
