Saturday, September 19th: BRING A FRIEND SATURDAY @9am. This is only for friends/family that you think may be interested in giving us a try and has never tried CrossFit before. You will need to make sure you are both on the schedule so we can plan the class accordingly. If your friend/family member ends up joining, you will receive 50% your next months dues.

Saturday, October 24th:Barbells 4 Boobs @ 9am Followed by a “Mini Brunch get together” This will be a Team WOD. We will have a sign up to pre-order for a t-shirt/tank soon.
Saturday, October 31st: Come dressed for your WOD in your best Halloween Costume!
Thursday, November 26th: Come join us for the Turkey Trot 5K @ Clearwater High School. If they don’t end up having one this year we will make our own 🙂
