hopefully we will have some cooler weather by the time these come in and or you go on a vacation to cooler weather. 
We have samples hanging at the gym so you can make sure you order the correct size. A sheet will be at the gym for orders. You can pay by cash, check, CC on file or VENMO. Money due at the time you put your order in. 

Waiting on final design of the barbell for boobs t-shirt/tank pre -order. We should have the by end of week as well. Thank you!

THIS SATURDAY!!! September 19th: BRING A FRIEND SATURDAY @9am. This is only for friends/family that you think may be interested in giving us a try and has never tried CrossFit before. You will need to make sure you are both on the schedule so we can plan the class accordingly. If your friend/family member ends up joining, you will receive 50% your next months dues. 

Saturday, October 24th: Barbells 4 Boobs @ 9am Followed by a “Mini Brunch get together” This will be a Team WOD. 

Saturday, October 31st: Come dressed for your WOD in your best Halloween Costume! 

Thursday, November 26th: Come join us for the Turkey Trot 5K @ Clearwater High School. If they don’t end up having one this year we will make our own 🙂
