You will have 15 min to complete your warmup underneath the barbell + get your squats in.
Those who have finished the challenge, make sure to re-test your 5 RM
Those who are done or are new to the gym…

25-ft. OHWL 45/35 (Plate)
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8x chest-to-bar pull-ups
