Pushup Challenge Continues… If you missed a day make it up at home or during open gym days on thurs & sat or Sunday at home!

You can start at the top of the hour… you will have the full hour to complete EACH movement (timed individually) you may go in any order you choose.
For Time: 400m Run
For Time: 500m Row
For Time: 50x Cal Bike
For Time: 100x Pullups
For Time: 100x Situps
For Time: 100x KB 55/35
*Choose wisely and make sure to complete all within the hour time cap! Give each score to the coach on the floor.

Reminder: Please clean up after EVERY class- (Put equip away, spray, mop etc) If everyone pitches in at the end of class it goes much faster! We appreciate it!

Saturday, May 8th: Masters Mayhem Competition (hosted at CFPH) Times TBD… will let you know heat schedules when they come out. Come Cheer on Coach Ginger, Coach PJ and Jenn Palmer representing CrossFit Droogs!!! 

Sign up for MURPH is on the board in the athlete’s corner. We will be running heats on Memorial Day Monday (in the AM) Let us know if you plan to join and take on a true Hero WOD
