1 min: 100m Farmer Carry 50/35
2 min: Max Air Squats
Score= Total # of air squats

REMINDERS:
*Please do us a favor and do not park (at any time of day) in front of the yoga studio. They have said they are open “full time now” so please park in front of our side of building or down the center of the parking lot further down. Please don’t park in front of another unit’s building, Just use the spots down the center of the lot! Thank you for understanding!
