Open Gym or Daily WOD

SWOD/SKILL:

Pick a skill or Strength you want to work on.

OPEN GYM:
This is the time to get better at one of those skills or a strength that you’re struggling with and need more time to work on it without being under time during a WOD etc. Ask a coach for help and they will guide you with the correct progressions for that specific skill or lift etc.

METCON:

“LYNNE”
5 rds:
ME Bench Press @ BW
ME Pull-ups

*This will take the majority of the hour.
*Rest as needed between full rounds
*No rest between BP & Pullups
Score total number of reps combined
*Everyone Double/triple etc on Benches
* MUST have a spot when doing BP + no collars on barbell

REMINDERS:
*LIMITED EDITION ROGUE SHIRTS are officially up for pre-orders. Put your size/style on the board. Each shirt/tank is $25. Shirt order and $ are due by THIS SATURDAY, leaving time to get them before the 4th of July.

*Please do us a favor and do not park (at any time of day) in front of the yoga studio. They have said they are open “full time now” so please park in front of our side of building or down the center of the parking lot further down. Please don’t park in front of another unit’s building, Just use the spots down the center of the lot, in the extended parking lot. Thank you for understanding!

*Dues are due the 1st of each month. Please get with a coach when you get to the gym the next time you train. Thank you!

*Please get on the schedule for the week. Text in any changes you may have. This allows us coaches to know how the flow of the class will go and if we need to cap out any classes. Thanks for understanding.
