If you have CrossFitted for 3+ months and would like to try us out, contact us to schedule into a class. If you have done an onramp at another CrossFit facility but don’t feel confident in your movements, contact us for a complimentary evaluation of where you are. From there we can determine if you need a little more training or you can “test out” of Basic Training. Visit our class schedule to see our current WOD schedule.
We require all NEW athletes to go through our Basic Training program. Basic Training is 3-6 sessions. This will be based on your abilities from a 1:1 appointment with a head coach, consisting of education and practice of CrossFit’s Fundamental movements.
