Most of the time starting anything new can be overwhelmingly nerve-racking. Sometimes it’s easier to start up privately, one-on-one, and then work your way into a group after you’re more confident in your abilities. Some of you may just want to always stay 1:1 with a coach, and that’s fine too.
The first thing we will do is have you come in and meet with a coach, fill out some paperwork, and show you around. We’ll want to understand your personal goals, what your exercise and health history are, and then see at what level you are at currently so we can establish a program specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace.
Coaches providing personal training services at CrossFit Droogs will be able to help with specific goals and or weaknesses with their clients 1:1, working on imbalances, mobility, weak movements, skills and strength. In order to do this well, you need training, experience and track record with results.
